Imagine: How Creativity Works, by Jonah Lehrer Houghton. Mifflin Harcourt, 2012. Note: Subsequent to the publishing of this book, Mr. Lehrer was found to have fabricated quotes from Bob Dylan. In my opinion, the information he researched and used in this book still has great value and is replicated in creativity research of other authors. I do not include any Bob Dylan quotes Lehrer wrote.

Steal Like An Artist: 10 Things Nobody Told You About Creativity, by Austin Kleon. Workman Publishing Company, Inc. 2012 Concise and true. If you don' like reading books, this could be your ticket.
The Creative Habit: Learn it and Use It For Life, by Twyla Tharp. Simon & Schuster, 2006. Ms. Tharp is a steaming cauldron of creativity. Read her book!
